About the Program
The Orientation Program provides essential information to help newcomers adapt to life in Nova Scotia. Through workshops and self-study courses, participants learn about key aspects of daily life in Canada, including education, banking, healthcare and legal systems. Seasonal sessions also cover important topics such as income tax filing, winter preparation and volunteering.
Newcomers can register for the program during their intake session or by contacting the program coordinators.
