Online Wellness Support Workshop: Take Care of Yourself with Qigong

Join us for this session to practice Qigong online! Learn to take care of stress and find balance in your body and mind.
Qigong is a system of coordinated body-posture and movement, breathing, and meditation. Qigong is a way of working with the energy found in all living beings. With each movement, we help that energy flow throughout our body to get rid of stress and tension.
This potent, movement-based meditation practice has been reducing stress and anxiety, boosting mood, and improving physical health for hundreds of years.
Join our guest Soledad Gonzalez and find out about this amazing practice! Soledad has been practicing and teaching Qigong for many years and in various places, including ISANS.
- You do not need any experience with Qigong or meditation to participate
- You will do Qigong standing up, preferably with bare feet and no interruptions
- This session is online only through the free meeting service Zoom
