Online Wellness Support Workshop: Art Therapy for Relaxation and Mindfulness

May 13 @ 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM

In this workshop, led by art therapist Amy Mackenzie, we will discuss the value of art and image-making for relaxation and mindfulness, and we will explore the kinaesthetic and sensory aspects of
art-making.

As a participant, you will be guided in a few activities that focus on relaxation and mindfulness. You will also have the option to share and discuss your artwork, but this is entirely optional.

and classes.
