your business!

In this session, you will learn:

  • Why telephone skills are crucial when searching for new business
  • How to shift your mindset from cold-call reluctance to cold-call enthusiasm
  • How to make a connection over the phone with your voice
  • How to get through the office gatekeeper
  • How to develop a phone script that showcases the benefit of your product or service
  • How to secure an appointment with the decision-maker
  • How to close the call with the prospect wanting more
