What is an ORIS Session?
An ORIS (On-site Recruitment & Information Session) is a presentation by an employer about their organization and career opportunities, followed by a 10-minute one-on-one speed interview.

As a member of the Tim Hortons team, you will be responsible for creating a positive experience for every customer, co-worker, and supplier while working in the store. You will be cross-trained as Counter Staff, to support the store to provide great customer service and generate sales. As a Baker, you will prepare popular Tims products throughout the day, support cost control by following proper baking/finishing procedures, follow and maintain the store’s production sheets and maintain a clean, sanitized work environment.
Drive Thru & Counter Server Staff ($12.00/hour having 32-44 hours weekly)
- Permanent, Full Time, Early Mornings and Day Shift
